Pinguicula ehlersiae is a miniature Mexican butterwort endemic to the limestone mountains of San Luis Potosí, Mexico. In the wild, it grows on steep rock faces, moss-covered cliffs, and mineral-rich seepage zones where seasonal moisture and excellent drainage create ideal conditions for growth.
