Welcome to Nano Nursery! By accessing or using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

By using our site or purchasing from Nano Nursery, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Information

All plant descriptions, images, and care information provided on this site are as accurate as possible at the time of listing. Plant size, colour, and condition may vary slightly due to natural growth and seasonal changes.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship plants on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to minimise the risk of delays in transit. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions. Nano Nursery is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Refunds are only issued for plants that arrive damaged or dead, and only when a clear photo is provided on the day of delivery.

6. Plant Health & Care Responsibility

Once the plants have arrived safely, it is your responsibility to ensure they are unpacked and cared for according to the instructions provided. We are not liable for poor outcomes due to incorrect care, unsuitable conditions, or repotting.

7. Wholesale & Commercial Orders

Wholesale buyers must agree to our Wholesale Terms & Trading Form. No credit is provided—goods and postage must be paid in advance. Special conditions may apply for large or custom orders.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, text, logos, and artwork—is the property of Nano Nursery and may not be copied, distributed, or used without express written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
