Nano Nursery – Shipping Policy

At Nano Nursery, we want your plants to arrive healthy and happy! To ensure the safest and fastest delivery, all plants are shipped via StarTrack Premium Express Post.

Shipping Days

We ship orders on:

  • Monday

  • Tuesday

  • Wednesday

This schedule avoids plants being held over the weekend and helps ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Shipping Cost

  • Flat Rate Express Shipping: $25 Australia-wide with StarTrack
    This covers express postage, protective packaging, and handling.

Processing Time for Pick Up

Orders are generally packed within 1–2 business days after payment is received, depending on order volume and seasonal conditions.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Important Notes

  • We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays to prevent delays over the weekend.

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout—Nano Nursery is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery times once parcels have left our facility, but express services typically deliver within 1–3 business days.
