About Nano Nursery

Nano Nursery is a specialist Australian nursery based in Sandy Point, NSW, run by Gemma Rowe. The store brings together carnivorous plants, tissue culture plants and growing supplies for hobbyists and collectors.

Explore the collection

Discover Venus flytraps (Dionaea), sundews (Drosera), butterworts (Pinguicula) and pitcher plants, with individual listings for the species, hybrids and cultivars currently offered.

Plants are available in different formats. A Gel Cup contains tissue culture plants in nutrient gel; potted plants are supplied in growing medium. Read each selected variant for its pot size, plant stage and care requirements.

Practical help for growers

The Knowledge Center includes growing guides, species profiles and buying advice. Conditions vary between plant groups, so use the guidance for your plant rather than treating every carnivorous plant the same way.

For help with a purchase, include the plant name and order number when you contact Nano Nursery. For growing advice, a clear photograph and a description of your light, water and temperatures help explain the conditions.

Visit or collect by arrangement
